She was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon (not enough evidence of attempted murder). I filed for a divorce that day, changed the beneficiaries on my life insurance policy, cleaned out all bank accounts, cried for over a month, lost 65 pounds in less than 3 weeks (heck of a way to lose weight). From then on, I was empowered enough to take a firm stand: after all, I had 5 children to raise. I found out later their plans were to either have me move out of state (so he could file abandonment charges on me, live in our 3000 square ft home (with an inground pool, setting on 10 acres of land ; keep the then new 33 ft motorhome & all but one vehicle & live happily thereafter, or cash in on my life insurance policy. Our divorce was so contentious, his attorney has never handled a divorce since then. LOL. His attorney & I joke about that now. My ex & his mistress were arrested & convicted for criminal trespass, harassment, & disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $500 per week in temporary alimony (which lasted almost 2 years), even though his take home pay was only $30 more. Ultimately, I was awarded 99% of all our property, including one of my step-sons from him & the biological mother, against their wishes. This set precedence in Texas law whereby a step-parent may now get full custody of a step-child. I was also awarded a generous child support amount, of which he paid for another 16 years. She may have got him, but the judge made sure she wouldn’t profit from her selfish goals. Funny thing, all three of her children have had at least 3 or more divorces (including cheating on their respective spouses). Their Mama sure raised them right, huh? I guess in the end they both deserved each other. He still cheats, & she has threatened to shoot him if he ever left her. Pure trailer trash. My children are grown now & 3 have completed college, all have pretty good paying jobs & I have three wonderful grandchildren. After the divorce, I myself went back to college & got my nursing degree. I remarried & have a pretty great guy to share my life with. We have been together over 22 years now.

My ex-husband had an affair after we had been together almost 10 years. First, he tried to trick me into taking the children (3 were his from his first marriage, 3 were mine & we had a daughter (age 3) & moving from Texas to Oregon. He said he would stay behind & sell the home & then join us. I even checked out moving truck prices, but my gut said "this isn’t right". Only later, approx. 3 months, did I actually catch him meeting this woman at a restaurant on his way to work. I had my suspicions by then. We argued later & I left the home, only to sit up the road to see if he would go meet her again. He did & I followed, they met at a home she had shared she had recently moved out of, yet still owned (it was empty), only to have her attempt to shoot me

I believe that Jeff sterns is absolutely innocent of any attempt to harm his wife. Infidelity brings with it so many crazy, twisted events. I know for a fact that Clara Harris did not intend to harm her husband and she has served almost 9 unjustified years of incarceration due to a hostile court, poor representation and erroneously used coverage of the auto scene that the media chose to show over and over. They were wrong! I sincerely hope that the Stern family does not have to suffer consequences of an over zealous prosecutor like Clara Harris did. I will be praying for the defense team and the Stern family. If prosecutors only knew what damage is done to the children of the accused. These unfortunate events may make sensational news and provacative stories but they are damaging and hurtful beyond imaginaton to the real families involved. And-the mistresses or other women in these cases can be so self absorbed, vindictive and completely oblivious to the damage they are creating. Why are they targeting married men instead of dating available men? ulterior motives of course. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Now his wife is suing Michelle? Didn’t Michelle get her money originally from Jeffrey? A good reporter will dig and find out the truth

It’s really surprizing that you didnt dig deeper, Jeff Stern is a ambulance chaser, He not only rips off insurance companys but also his clients. Both him and Yvonne are scandalous. If she divorced him he has a lot of dirt on her too.
